Returns at Gnomestead Farms
Hey friends! At Gnomestead Farms, we want you to love your farm-inspired goodies as much as we love our chickens and goats. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got a hassle-free return process to keep you smiling. Here’s how it works:
30-Day Window
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a return. Just make sure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags.
Print-on-Demand & Customized Products
Since our items are custom-made just for you through our partners at Printify, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for customized products unless there’s a defect, damage, or we sent the wrong item. Customized products include any items where you’ve selected specific designs, sizes, or other personalized options. If there’s an issue with quality, we’ll work with Printify to make it right—because happy customers make our homestead thrive!
How to Return
Visit GnomesteadFarms.com, log in to your account, and request a return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a shipping label if needed. (If you don’t have an account, no worries—just email us at info@gnomesteadfarms.com, and we’ll help you out.)
Shipping Costs
You’ll cover the return shipping unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong gnome mug). In that case, we’ve got the shipping on us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, you’ll get a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days, shoot us an email at info@gnomesteadfarms.com.
Exchanges
For standard items, the fastest way to swap for a different size or design is to return the item and place a new order. Please note: exchanges are not available for customized products. If you’d like a different customized item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, sale items, and gift cards are final sale. But don’t worry—we’re here to help if you have any questions!
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you’re in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, no questions asked. Just make sure the item is in its original condition.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you spot any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@gnomesteadfarms.com so we can fix it. We’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue and ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
